Located on the old Highway US 17 bridge, now converted into a fishing pier. Cross new bridge from Georgetown to reach. It's the east remaining part of the old bridge, located on the south side of the bridge over the water. Disk is mounted in the bridge, about four feet below the surface of the road, on the bridge support.
