Located in the city of Placentia, CA, this water tower is a city historical landmark, #10, as indicated by a plaque at the base of the water tower. The tower advertises Placentia as an All America City. It's located east of the 57 freeway, on the south side of Chapman Ave., in the city of Placentia, which is in Orange County. You can see the water tower from the freeway.
