Monterey harbor has two wharfs. This one, Wharf II or Commercial Wharf, has a flagpole located between the Monterey Peninsula Yacht Club and the Sandbar & Grill. It bears six nautical alphabet flags on each side, unfortunately, they don't have a specific meaning.
