This lawn bowling club has been around for many years in this location. They host a number of recreational leagues and have been host to provincial championships in the past.
At present the old clubhouse is being torn down a new clubhouse is slated to be built on the west side. When I was there the greenskeeper was just doing some prep work for the winter.
There are 12 rinks in 2 greens in the Rotary park setting. Of the 5 clubs in the Calgary area they are one of the largest.
