This is a lovely sign located in an island area. It reads "Sponsored by Arkansas Federation of Garden Clubs in cooperation with Arkansas State Highway Department," and it has the seal of the National Council at the top. It appears that someone has recently planted some new shrubbery around it, but there is no signage to indicate which local club maintains the site.
The new US67 is now a by-pass 4 lane highway to the west running parallel to AR367. Hope you can take a moment to enjoy this monument!
