This old building dates back to the mid 1800s and is a great example of old European stone architecture. The present owners bought the building in 1999 and have done many renovations to turn it into a bed and breakfast.
Up until a couple of years ago it housed a pub on the bottom level, which is now closed. A new section is being build on the back side of the house that will contain a dining/breakfast room when complete.
The interior of the house has been completely redone with modern materials although care has been taken not to damage the original structure as much as possible.
