This is the Trail Head for the Boardman Park Hike and Bike Trail. It has a short, approximately quarter mile, paved trail. The paved trail has numerous dirt and gravel trails branching off. These branches wander through the heavily wooded area, and then bring you back to the main trail. The branch trails are rustic to say the least, and can become muddy and slick after a rain.
I have personally seen deer, owls, woodpeckers, and once a red fox crossed the trail.
The trails are open from dawn to dusk, and in the summer I would HIGHLY recommend bug repellent.
There is plenty of parking available in the park, and most of the time you will be able to park your car within fifty feet of the trail.
There are numerous Geocaches in the park, and most of them are very close to the trails.

Trail allowances or restrictions: Dogs are welcome, but keep them on their leash, and you must clean up after them.
I wouldn't recommend narrow bicycle tires on the paved trail in the fall. Wet leaves make the trail slick.
No motorized vehicles allowed.
Geocaching is allowed
Trail type: The main trail is paved, all of the secondary trails are dirt or gravel.
Parking: Not Listed
