This bust is located on the grounds of the DeKalb County Courthouse in Decatur Georgia.

This bust was given to DeKalb County which was named after the Baron.
The bust was originally placed over the door of the County Annex for almost 25 years. It was then put in storage when the building was demolished to build the new courthouse. Rediscovered in 1984, the sculpture was refurbished by German government and rededicated in 1985.
