The Dodsworth Building at 1 South Fair Oaks Avenue (also 2 W. Colorado Blvd) was built in 1902. It replaced the Grand Hotel which had stood at its location. The building was designed by J. J. Blick. The building was renovated beginning in 1985 and now is the home to the popular Cheese Cake Factory restaurant.
