'Royal Garden Plaza' ('Ro-yen' — as it is known to the locals) is one of the big three malls in Pattaya.
On it top floor is a food hall, and in the food hall (not surprisingly) is a Sbux. Small, only drinks and cakes, maybe 20 seats. Also, its precise location has jumped around several times over the past several years as the food hall layout has changed, however, it is still there, and I am sure for a long time to come.
