The Pontiac City Hall and Fire Station were built in 1900. The structure is actually two buildings with a shared bell tower connecting them. The brick Romanesque styled building was designed by John H. Barnes and built by J.A. Sipe. The building now houses the Livingston County War Museum and the Route 66 Museum along with antique shops.
