In addition to individual busts and plaques, there is an artistic display of electrical parts, decorating a wall, plus landscaping and lighting. The Memorial is located across from the enormous and popular city park, "Sabana Norte". These 3 individuals served the Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE), the national electricity provider.
