The Sea Organization Coat of Arms symbolizes the dedication of that religious order to the aims of Scientology. The motto “Revenimus,” meaning “We come back,” underscores the eternal commitment of the individual Sea Org member to the Scientology Religion.
________________________________________________________________________

Although the majority of Sea Organization members are now located on land, in keeping with the tradition of the beginnings of the Sea Organization, they still wear maritime uniforms and have ranks and ratings.

Appropriate to their commitment of eternal service to the religion, Sea Org members bear a unique responsibility within Scientology, for they are the only Scientologists entrusted with the ministry of the advanced levels of Scientology training and auditing. All advanced churches and management-echelon church organizations employ only members of the Sea Organization religious order. While such members sign legally binding employment contracts and are responsible to the directors and officers of the church where they are employed, the eternal commitment to Scientology as a member of the Sea Organization is a fundamental requirement for employment. Today, more than 5,000 members of this religious order occupy staff positions in Scientology church organizations around the world.

No formalized structure exists for the Sea Org, and its lines of seniority are in accordance with the ecclesiastical hierarchy of churches described earlier. Rather, commitment to the Sea Organization is a sign of devotion to the religion and its objectives of spiritual salvation. As such, members of the Sea Org are afforded great respect by non-Sea Org staff and parishioners, because of their commitment.

Sea Org members, having devoted their lives to their religion, work long hours and live communally with housing, meals, uniforms, medical and dental care provided by the Church. They participate in Scientology religious training and auditing services during a portion of each day, but otherwise dedicate themselves to furthering the objectives of Scientology through service to the religion in their particular staff positions.

Bearer of Coat of Arms: Church / knight orders

Full name of the bearer: The Sea Organization

Where is Coat of Arms installed (short description) ?:
It's installed at the top of the Church of Scientology building...the former Bank of Clearwater.

Material / Design: Stone

Blazon (heraldic description):
The symbols on this coat of arms are some of the identifying symbols of Dianetics and Scientology. At the top...The Scientology cross is an eight-pointed cross which represents the eight parts or dynamics of life. The Scientology cross, which was first conceived in 1954, symbolizes the ability to live happily across all eight dynamics. There are 3 doves in the center. The lower left symbol - The “S” stands for Scientology. The lower triangle is called the ARC triangle (pronounced by the letters A, R, C); A for affinity, R for reality and C for communication. These three interdependent factors combined add up to Understanding and are expressed as a triangle. ARC is a fundamental principle of the Scientology religion. The first corner of the triangle is affinity, which is the degree of liking or affection for someone or something. Reality is the second corner and is, fundamentally, agreement. The third corner is communication, defined as the interchange of ideas between two people. The upper triangle is the “KRC” triangle. The points are K for knowledge, R for responsibility and C for control. Like the points of the ARC triangle, these three elements are interrelated. When one corner of the KRC triangle is raised, the other two also rise.
