The Township of Wilmot is a rural township in Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Region of Waterloo. Its 2006 Census population was 17,097.

It includes the following communities (villages):

Baden
Mannheim
New Dundee

St. Agatha

It is also home to the hamlet Punkeydoodles Corners.
