Brewster Lake offers a 19 unit campground run by the BC Forest Service. There are picnic tables and firepits, but water and firewood are not provided. There are outhouses. It is classed as a "user maintained site" which means treat it like it was your own, and take your garbage with you. The sites are a nice size and several are right on the lake. There is a sandy beach for swimming, and a diving platform. The lake is home to Canada geese and loons. You don't pay to camp here, but you have to buy an annual pass from the Forest Service office in Campbell River. This is not a campground for large RVs or trailers - tents, truck campers and smaller units will have no problem.
