St Giles' church comprises a mainly Victorian design with the west tower built by Crickmay in 1874-5 and the chancel built in 1840. The older chapel windows (not stained but the stonework) date to the much earlier period of 1510 or 1520. This is reported by Pevsner.
The two stained glass windows are striking and modern. The main east window depicting St Giles; the other modern window bearing some coats of arms and an inscription: '2002 - in memory of Brigadier John Turner RAOC'.
