TO REACH FROM THE U.S. HIGHWAY 84 BRIDGE OVER U.S. HIGHWAY 49 AT THE WEST EDGE OF COLLINS, GO NORTH ON U.S. HIGHWAY 49 FOR 0.75 MI (1.21 KM) TO THE MARK ON THE RIGHT JUST BEFORE REACHING THE ENTRANCE TO THE DAYS INN MOTEL. MARK IS A MSHD REFERENCE MARK DISK SET IN A DRILL HOLE ON THE TOP CENTER OF THE NORTHEAST HEADWALL OF A 36 INCH ROUND CONCRETE PIPE CULVERT, 164 FT (50.0 M) SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTER OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE MOTEL, 46 FT (14.0 M) NORTHEAST OF THE CENTER OF THE NORTH BOUND LANE OF HIGHWAY 49 AND IS ABOUT 6.5 FT (2.0 M) BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE HIGHWAY.
