I saw this place featured on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives and got a chance have breakfast there while on a business trip to Louisville. From the outside you might think this place is a small dive, once you step inside and taste the food you realize that this is one classy place. Just imagine having the head chef of one of the finest five star restaurants personally fix you breakfast - that's what you get at Rick's. I had the Eggs Benedict and have to say it was the best I have eaten anywhere (and I do mean anywhere - I've had them in Atlanta, Washington DC, Baltimore, Seattle, Dallas, Chicago, Toronto, Montreal, and two different cruise lines, and none compare to Rick's). Everything was fresh and the highest quality I've had in a long time. While this place is small, it makes the atmosphere like having breakfast with good friends. Needless to say I highly recommend Rick's for breakfast and I hope to go back and try their lunch menu. They are open Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm, closed Sunday. Try Rick's, you won't be disappointed!
