Designed by sculptor Pierre J. Cheronin, this fountain is located about 2 city blocks from the entrance to Jersey's City's Lincoln Park.
The huge circular has a central layered 53-foot tower with sculpted depictions of mythological beings. Surrounding the center are little pedestals with water-spewing frogs.

The Park and fountain are maintained by Hudson County and the fountain was refurbished in 1911.
