Brown's Dairy Dock has been in business since at least the late 1970's (when I first visited). The business offers a full line of soft serve cream, shakes, and sundaes as well as a menu of grilled items. It is a place to go when bringing a boat off Lake Erie, visiting the Marblehead Lighthouse, or taking a break from nearby East Harbor State Park. When fresh fruits are in season, the stand offers a supreme strawberry sundae made from locally grown strawberries. Fresh peach sundaes are also a favorite.
The business is seasonal opening in May and closing at the end of September.
