Built in 1902 at a cost of $4,000, the Theodore CPR Station was officially listed in the CPR records as NO. 6579. It was 75' x 26' on the main floor and there was no basement.
It was until the mid 1970's. The Village of Theodore bought it for $100 and it was moved to it's present location where it was operated by the Theodore & District Senior Citizen's club until 2000 when it was developed into the Theodore Historical Museum.
