An odd architectural bell tower set at the top of the campus of the University of Aberystwyth, near it stand the 'stairway to nowhere' and the arts centre and Student Union.

The tower was built over 20 years ago, and was done as an artistic piece along with the stairway before it that allot of people just stop on to eat their sandwiches.

The tower was condemned as structurally unsafe in 2007 and was covered in scaffolding for a hear an a half, never once did I see a builder working on it. The scaffolding came down in 2009 and it was again deemed safe, however the bell doesn't work any longer.
