This impressive log structure that housed the Teton County Library until 1997 was originally built in a T configuration with the top of the T and main entrance on South (now Hansen) Street. Succeeding additions turned the T into an H configuration and then expanded that into what is now almost a solid rectangle. The additions, completed during the period of historical significance, retained the look and historical integrity of the building as a whole. The main entrance now faces west, onto King Street.
