This is the water tower near the Grand Chute Town Hall. The best place to view the water tower is in the town hall parking lot at N44 18.196/W088 26.304

This tower has tall concrete brick base and it looks to me like a white bottle cap top with three blue lines around the cap and fancy writing GRAND CHUTE and in Small fancy writing la grand chute (the french influence). Grand Chute in french means great fall or "large rapids".
