If you look close to the pictures maybe you can make out that this use to be a department store. It says boots, clothing,levi symbol and fabric. Maybe you can read more into this. The posted coordinates will take you to the East side of the building. But on the West side of the building at N40 36.677 W111 53.598 you can clearly see faded painting words.
