Many civic organizations donated money for a "NEW" town clock to be placed in the southern part of the city at the newly constucted water authority offices and near a waterfalls! But the money raised was not enough and a local business man came up with the rest and had his name put on it as the principle donor!
Located on the west side of the 200 block of South Center Street!
