The Home of Dr. William Perry, Front St., of simpler design, lacking any elaboration of doorway or windows, completes the series. Dr. Perry had an office here in 1814 and was adventurous enough as an undergraduate to take a trip down the Hudson in Fulton's steam boat. - New Hampshire: A Guide to the Granite State,Exeter section pg 161.
The house has now been converted to offices and is well maintain. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971 under the name of the Dudley House
