Wyoming seems to have arches created from elk antlers everywhere you look. Probably the best known are the four arches, one at each corner of the town square in Jackson. But this arch in Afton is larger by far than most others that are seen. Over 3,000 antlers are co-joined into an arch 18 feet high and 75 feet long. A crosswalk parallels the arch on its south side and at each end of the crosswalk is a smaller arch over the crosswalk and perpendicular to the main arch. A sign at the center of the arch, just below two battling elk, proclaims the title of the world's largest.
