This small covered bridge catches the eye of a passing motorist and welcomes visitors to the Iowa town of Charter Oak. The bridge was built in 1992 to add an attractive feature in the city park just off of Hwy. 141. It is a pedestrian walkway that spans a tiny creek and leads to some pretty gardens and a gazebo, adding a beautiful attraction on the edge of town.
