Balloons - San Diego, CA - Artistically Decorated Utility Boxes on Waymarking.com

From the site of this utility box on Mira Mesa Boulevard, you can often see hot-air balloons in the sky a few miles to the northwest. There are several sightseeing-balloon companies located near Del Mar, the coastal town just north of San Diego.
