Forest S GPS - 2005 - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I noticed the 3 orange witness posts in the ditch a few days ago on the way home from work, and I decided to check it out today. Between the posts there is a cement monument about a foot and a half wide with a metal disk in the center.

It is between the villages of Forest and Emerald, near the intersection of county roads S and D. It is approximately 117 meters north of the center of the intersection of county roads S and D, and is on the east side of county road D, 10 meters from the center line. It is 2 feet west of a fence line, and between 3 orange witness posts.
