On Highway 137 south of Hilo on the Big Island, this spring-fed geothermally heated half-natural, half-man-made pool is a beautiful place to enjoy the day! Fresh seawater comes in allowing a good selection of ocean fishes to see snorkeling.
Facilities include restrooms, picnic tables, shade houses, grills, fresh-water shower and free parking. Lifeguard on duty most times. Open from 7am to 7pm and closed on the 2nd Wednesday of every month for maintenance!
