For a small town, Charter Oak boasts four significant murals painted on the main street. This Main Street mural was painted in 1988, but the artist’s name is badly faded and illegible. In fact, the paint itself shows significant signs of weathering. Nevertheless, it is still a beautiful mural. It is located on the south side of the Hoffman Insurance building across from the Charter Oak mural.
