Looking across the river you will see the guardian. Best to view when the profile has a dark crevice behind it to provide contrast.
Be careful parking as this is a busy mountain highway. Be extra careful if you decide to go down near the water as the loose rock could send you into the water. You can see the formation from the road just fine.
