A gift from the past!
A challenge for the future!
The water authority needed room to expande and modernise and tore down two historical building to the dismay of the historical society! :-( (Big business and Government wins again!) But, Was given an order by the courts to beautify the area and an architect came up with a stepped, water falling, fountain idea and use re-circulating water to save water and it was dedicated in 2001 and runs during the warm weather months!
I visit it every time I go pay my water bill and is quite pretty! And adds elegance to the area!
