The Rock Rapids Water Tower looms over Emma Sater Memorial Park like a giant flashlight. It overlooks one of the town treasures, the historical Melan Stone Arch Bridge which is known to be the “First Reinforced Concrete Bridge in the United States.” The small park also has picnic facilities and a playground; it is located on the east edge of town.
