This quiet border crossing across the Red River (of the North) is between North Dakota and Minnesota. North Dakota State Highway 54 meets Minnesota State Highway 1.

There is room on the North Dakota side to pull over and take pictures but the Minnesota Welcome sign is practically on the bridge so you have to be ready to take a drive-by picture.
