The mountain bike network Waasland is a permanently signposted mtb route of not less than 388 kilometres (241 miles).
The network traverses many beautiful forests, fields and meadows and passes through nature reserves.
Cycling along several dikes one can enjoy beautiful polder and marshes scenery.
The network encompasses the municipalities of Moerbeke-Waas, Stekene, Sint-Gillis-Waas, Beveren, Sint-Niklaas, Kruibeke, Temse, Waasmunster Hamme, Lochristi, Lokeren and Wachtebeke.
Target audience are people of all ages who enjoy cycling and being outdoors but because of its length the network is primarily suitable to frequent mountain bikers, who will really enjoy it.
