This fountain was moved to this new location because of the extensive renovations of the Art Gallery of Ontario. This fountain appears to be made out of white marble. It has three lion heads at the top of the centre column with water flowing out of each of their mouths into a circular basin half way down the centre column. A square block supports the pedestal which holds the basin and water comes out of a hole on each of the four sides and flows into the circular fountain pool below. At the top of the fountain is a child angel.

The plaque reads: "This renaissance revival-style fountain was named by the Art Gallery of Ontario's Women's Committee in honour of Signy Eaton, a life-long friend and benefactor of the AGO. Formerly displayed in the gallery's Walker Court, it was purchased in Venice in 1928 by Frank P. Wood, founding member of the AGO."
