The plaque is outside the Ellis Chapel, a pioneer, non-denominational chapel built in 1861.
Interestingly, and because I do know Devon, UK somewhat, I did a search for the original Puslinch. It's no longer officially a place although it can still be found on topo maps here
Curiously the family that lived in Puslinch were the Yonge's which has got me wondering if there was a Yonge Street connection however it would appear from http://www.yongefamily.com/index.html that Elizabeth Yonge (Sir John's wife) wasn't related to Sir George Yonge (where Yonge Street got it's name) although both were from Devon.
