Guests of the Marriott Courtyard Hadley-Amherst Hotel are able to recharge their electric vehicles at this charging station located at the northeast corner of the hotel building. The station is one of two in western Massachusetts powered by the Western Massachusetts Electric Company and is part of the EV network. The other electric car charging station is in the Technology Park at State and Federal Street in Springfield, MA.
Marriott International, Inc. currently has about 25 "level 2" electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at several of its hotels, mainly in California, for use of the guests at these hotels. The one is Hadley-Amherst is the only one in the Northeastern United States.
