The City of Orem City Center is a building made of dark brown bricks. It has many interesting curves instead of being a rectangular building. It houses the Mayor's Office, City Council chamber, the Human Resources Department, the Financial Department (including utility billing), IT department and the Development Services Department. You can apply for a passport as well. The City Center is connected to the Library by a hallway and an adjacent rotunda.
