The monument is a black marble stone. It is rectangle with the upper left corner removed in a jagged manner. The monument is located in the middle of grass median at the entrance to the cemetery. The base has a build up of some dirt hiding some of the text after it is noted that the monument was donated in memory of Phillip Sgobia.
