Description of Memorial: This is a semi-circular brick wall with the plaques mounted in the center in an arrangement resembling a cross. At the time of this visit, it was adorned with a floral wreath.
Around the top border of the arch are the words, "MEMORIAL PARK," and there is a garden of flowers and small shrubs in front of it. There are two vintage howitzers on display nearby.
The park itself is a narrow green strip along the highway (Route 62) with a few benches, tables, and a pavilion.
