The Brown and Manzanares Co. Warehouse built in 1889 and expanded in 1895. The three story brick building was designed the by the architectural firm of Rapp & Rapp. The first and third stories have arched window openings. Above the third story the facade has a geometric pattern with two tones of brick.

The building originally served as a warehouse for a commissioning firm which provided ordering, shippers and wholesalers for various merchandise. The building is in very good condition and is used by a plumbing and heating company with retail space.
