Two story bank building with an outside front entrance to the second story. The words, FIRST STATE BANK are recessed into the top front facade. The night depository is still in place. Guaranty State Bank renamed First State Bank in 1925, so this building dates from then or later. First State Bank is still in Livingston, having moved to much larger quarters on West Polk Street. This building is currently occupied by attorney offices on the first and second floors.
