Newer tower in Santee clearly visible from Hampton Inns hotel. To get close, look for narrow unpaved drive that runs along the field. You can drive right up to the fence but will have to back out approx 1/10 mi to get turned around.

This is not the tower cited as a benchmark... that one is about a mile west.
Tower looks well maintained, elevated on six legs and surrounded by a perimeter fence around the tower and pump house. THe city name is emblazoned on the tower.
