Once a stop on the Bay of Quinte Railway (BQR) the station dates from the late 1880s. Passenger service lasted until 1925, with the line abandoned by BQR`s successor, Canadian National, in 1941

Exterior has been restored, complete with an old baggage cart. The building is used as township storage.
