The first time I visited this park was for a geocaching CITO event; it is a really fun park, with trails and picnic areas!

Vancouver Lake Regional Park (in Vancouver, Washington) has 234 acres of recreational opportunities. The park is 2.5 mile long, and borders the west shore of Vancouver Lake. 35 acres are developed so visitors can enjoy picnicking, windsurfing, and sand volleyball. Swimming is allowed, but there are no lifeguards on duty. Vancouver Lake is fun place for beginers to try windsurfing, kayaking and canoeing. A 2.5 mile trail connects Vancouver Lake Park to Frenchman’s Bar Regional Park.
