During the off-season period you can't beat the accomodations of the Royal 7 anywhere in the region. For far less than charged by the national chains, I got a large room with two queen-size beds, full-kitchenette, large flat-screen TV, ironing board, and nice desk in the quietest part of this AAA rated complex. The rooms are all nicely refurbished and maintained to the highest standards.

Prices will be higher during the tourist season or when there is some activity at the nearby university that brings a lot of people to town. But even at their highest rates, you won't find a better value anywhere in the West!!

And being an older property, the grounds are much more spacious with a lot more landscaping than you will find at most newer properties in the same price class.
